Products Liability

Arthur represents people injured by defective products. These are products that, because of a defective design, poor assembly, a manufacturing defect, or because of failure to include proper or adequate warnings or instructions, is dangerous and unsafe and cause injury.

Over the years, Arthur has represented people injured by many different times of products – from industrial products, using in the manufacturing industry, construction and power tools, using in construction, recreational products, such as bicycles, to home maintenance tools, such a lawn tractor, to consumer products, such as grills and smokers. Arthur has written several law articles regarding Pennsylvania Products Liability Law, including its addition of the Consumer Expectations Test. Arthur also taught Products Liability at Temple’s Law School as an Adjunct Professor.
